Hug & Harbor is a family organizer: chores, points kids earn (Hugs), a reward shop, a family calendar, birthdays, appointments, to-dos and an Alexa skill. A parent or guardian sets up and manages the household. Hugs and rewards are just for fun inside your family. They have no cash value.
Hug & Harbor is an annual subscription:
Your card is charged when you sign up, then once a year on the same date until you cancel. Payments are handled securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Bundles include the other apps for as long as the bundle is active.
You can cancel anytime with "Manage billing" in Settings. Canceling stops future renewals, and you keep access through the end of the year you've paid for. Your household is kept and comes back if you renew.
Hug & Harbor is a digital product with instant access, so all purchases and renewals are final and non-refundable. You can try the free sample family before you buy, and you can cancel anytime to stop your next renewal.
Anyone with your household code can open your household, so share it only with your family. Grown-up controls are protected by a PIN you choose.
If you make a family calendar link, anyone with that link can see the events on it. You can replace it with a new link in Settings at any time, which turns the old one off.
We don't sell your data or show ads. See our Privacy Policy for details. If you'd like your household deleted, email us and we'll remove it.
